I don't feel pregnant?!!

I am wondering if anyone is feeling the same as me. I am 7 weeks and 2 or 3 days and I have no symptoms other than random mild cramping every now and then. No morning sickness, breast are barely tender, my weight has fluctuated up and down maybe by like 2 lbs and idk. My first ultrasound is next week but I am worried.... This is my second pregnancy ever, my oldest is 10 and I haven't had any abortions or miscarriages so I'm not sure as to why I don't have any symptoms... 🤔 maybe I'm just nervous but does anyone else not have any symptoms?
