Contractions?

Can anyone tell me what real contractions feel like. 35 weeks and pretty sure I'm having some.

Painful 😂 I had contractions for 12 hours went to the hospital and the nurse said if you can still talk and breath through them your ok and come back when they're stronger

I felt period cramps as well, no back pain

Mine have felt like period cramps as well along with a lower backache.
