Ive been having really bad earache is there anything I can take. I'm in so much pain

Cut a garlic clove in half. Dip garlic clove in olive oil if you have sensitive ears. Place the clove next to your ear canal with the cut part facing in. After 15 minutes the pain will go away. Keep the garlic clove next to your ear canal for 30 minutes or you can keep it there all night. Repeat each night. Earache or ear infection will go away in 2 to 3 days. Garlic is a natural anti-inflammatory and antibiotic.

You can try a warm compress for the achiness. It might be plugged with wax in which case I would put some hydrogen peroxide in it until it stops bubbling and then flush it with some warm water. :-)
