How common is it to still get your period when pregnant,?

I'm curious about this too. I'm super paranoid bc the last time I had sex was two months ago, I've had two periods normally since then, but if I was to have a kid with my ex it would be a nightmare. I feel very uncertain because all these women claim to have gotten their periods and not known until like months and months later. How do you know for sure? I don't have access to pregnancy tests btw.

I had what I believed was my period the entire time I was pregnant with my son. Intermittent bleeding every month same time and everything, he was fine he was healthy he was a very healthy birth. And with my daughter I haven't had any bleeding, so yes it happens and because it happened to me I went 5 months not knowing I was pregnant. So it you have it and your doctor isn't worried then you will be fine and so will the baby
