chiropractic adjustment and now puking

UPDATE:

I went back to see the chiropractor and he actually mentioned that although he knew this might seem coincidental since I just had an adjustment, he truly believed it was a kidney stone due to the area of the pain, the fact that I kept vomiting from the pain, and also that I had not urinated in several hours and suggested I go see my OB. Sure enough, he was right. Never had a kidney stone in my life before that and I would not wish that kind of pain upon my worst enemy.  Also, for those concerned, this chiropractor works with pregnant women all the time.
