high b/p but only at work
So my b/p is usually perfect but lately while I'm at work it will be 140s over 90s. I was at the doctor Monday and had gained 8 lbs in 2 weeks. Today at work I just feel so short of breath and my legs feel so heavy, no swelling I'm wearing compression socks but b/p is 140/95
