Do you still ask friends/family to wash hands before holding your baby?

Now that our babies are 3 months old, do you still ask visitors to wash their hands/ sanitize before holding your baby?

Most definitely!!! This time of year so many bugs are going around. Colds, sinus infections, flu. LO was already sick once. Personally I wouldn't take any chances, washing hands takes about 30 seconds lol 😷

For me it depends on context. If it's one or two people visiting our house I may not worry about it. When it's a bunch of people eating and drinking at a party then I at least want them to use wipes or hand sanitizer.

I've only ever done it a few times...only when I know someone just got done doing something gross (working on a bike w/grease all over hands and things like that...). I've always worked with kids, and while I don't want my daughter I'll, she is going to be around germs for the rest of her life...better build immunity now:)

I never asked anyone to. I teach Kindergarten so germs really don't bother me. I would hope someone who was really sick would be smart enough to be safe around my baby. He hasn't been sick yet.

Yes... and if you act like you don't want to then you can't hold her. My baby keeps her hands in her mouth and her hands are the first thing people try to touch! Nope, going to get my baby sick!
