Nap time!?

Just curious what your LO nap schedule is like? My little guy will be 12 weeks Saturday and doesn't nap well at all.

My 3 month old can't be up more than 2 hours and needs a nap! Even if it's 20 minutes.... he NEEDS it. Otherwise cranky and fussing and crying get worse the longer he don't  get it.

I start looking at the clock at about an hour after she wakes up from her previous sleep. Once I see a yawn or glazed eyes (usually happens right after an hour of awake time) I put her down! Her naps range from 2h to 30 min. She's 12 weeks old

Little cat naps here and there, and a big nap from 12-2:30
