My very first appointment was at 8 weeks with one of five midwives that rotate at the hospital. I had the initial blood work done and my first ultrasound at 10 weeks. I decided I would rather have a doctor for many different reasons so I called the highest rated doctor in our area and the very next appointment isn't until March 13th which would put me over 15 weeks. My question is, is it ok to go that long without seeing anyone? Would I be missing any important tests?
