early labor? please help

36 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I have really bad lightening crotch that got worse within hours. I feel nauseous like I'm going to puke. I'm not having strong contractions but my back hurts so bad. Baby is moving so much, can she be stressed? Earlier today I was cleaning and I think I over did it. Should I be worried?

Baby moving is always a good thing I've been told..I have a back ache today too and some days I wake up feeling a bit nauseous. Some days I can't walk at all without bad lightning crotch too lol. I'm 35 weeks and just take it easy and lie down as much as I can when I feel crummy like that and it usually improves.

If you're not having contractions on a regular basis or enough of them to be concerned, I wouldn't worry. The other things are just crummy stuff we experience at this point. But if you're really concerned, go in. Always better safe than sorry and if going in will give you peace of mind, then do it.
