Help super scared!

So yesterday I had a trans vaginal ultrasound at 6 weeks and 3 days they said everything was good we saw a heartbeat and everything today when I use the bathroom I wiped and there was blood enough for three wipes then it stopped has anybody else had this happen and not lost their baby?
