halfway!

I'm halfway to my goal, lost 28 & been to lose 28 more pounds. I feel like I'm plateauing cuz I'm literally in the middle and need to increase my exercise. But I have so many family emergencies going on that I don't sleep like I should... and I know good sleep is important. Besides trying to get better sleep, what are some good at home exercises? Mainly to lose belly fat & arm fat & eventually increase muscle mass. I'm not seeing changes for a little over a week and I'm bummed lol. Any advice?
