Anyone had a 'show' yet?

I had a show last Wednesday! I was 35+6 weeks , I don't know fully what this means? 
Am nearing labour? Should I be worried?

Had some last Saturday. But it can regenerate. I'm sitting 3cm. 100% effaced. Dr said within 24 hours I should be in labor. We are our way to 36 hours and nothing
