stupid petty subject but I am weird and need reassurance 😅

There's a guy at school I like and we are good-ish friend but today after having a good laugh and chat with him I saw on Instagram I had gone down a follower and it was him and his profile says I'm blocked. I dunno if he's done it even though he's no reason or if it's Instagram playing up cause it's done it before with a few people. Said it was a stupid subject but just wondering if any of you Instagram users have had this problem before? Xx
