how many days after conception can you get a faint positive ?

Iam trying to work out what happened with me ? I had a faint positive on 27th of Jan but my last period was on the 9th of Jan ? And since the 27 of Jan my test have just got stronger ? I can figure when I got caught and it just doesn't line up help! ???

Hope someone might help me shed some light on this could I have ovulated at the end of my period as I got the faint positive on the 27th of Jan or is that not possible I only had 2 day light bleed can u ovulate like 2 days after a period in some cases x

First I tested positive was 11 DPO and as veeeery faint

I had my last cycle Feb 2nd 2018, Ovulated Feb 19th &20th. Had an ultrasound last week(Thurs March 15th) stated sac was 6 weeks and a yolk. Went today for another ultrasound and seen heartbeat and baby is measuring 5 weeks 5 days but my sac is 7 weeks. So they gave me a new dd which is 9 days later than original based off last period and ovulation. Which the new date is making me conceive March 24th meaning I had a positive pregnancy test March 2nd only 6 days after conceiving. So anything is possible.
