how long did your induction last?

Getting induced tonight (Friday) and I'm just worried about how long the process takes. 😔
I am 40+6 today, I had membrane sweep Tuesday and have been losing HUGE mucus plugs for 2.5 days and definitely thought I was going to go into labor before.
  I know the process(cervidil, then pitocin if needed,etc.) but just wondering how long yours took and experience.

I was induced on Monday morning and only dilated to 4cm and was stuck there until Wednesday. They tried everything possible to get me to have her vaginally but she wasn't budging. So on Wednesday about 530pm I gave in and got an c section. The only reason I got it was because my body started rejecting the pain meds and I started throwing up and hyperventilating. Even the epidural wasn't working.   don't regret anything though because my bundle of joy was worth it !

I'm in the same boat here hun. Waters broke at 9.30pm last night but no contractions so going in for an induction in 3.5 hours...was really really hoping to go naturally

My induction with my first baby was 4 days. Resulted in a csection..

Well if you count the Foley catheter I had placed in I would say like 16 hours total. They inserted the catheter I was dilated to 4 in like 2-3 hours . Then the next day they started pitocin It took me forever to get from 5cm-7cm not a bad experience if I do say so myself lol

Mine lasted 19 hours. And induction sucks. But it's definitely worth it ❤

For my first the gave me something at 8 am and my kidlet was born at 5:38om that evening.

Following im induced  sunday and was wondering this too, will be interesting to see if the cervadil is enough?  Im 40+5 today xx goodluck !!!

8am-10pm @40+5 I was 1-2 cm going in I think.
Started pitocin and had my water broken, but pushed for 3 hours cause baby didn't want to drop.

Hoping this time is quicker at least on the pushing end. I go in at 7 on Wednesday at 39 weeks.
