Pains

I'm 10+1 weeks on my first pregnancy and the past couple days I've been getting stabbing pains, most at the front some slightly off the front to the side. I've not had any bleeding at all and have the usual sickness and back aches I have had for a few weeks. Does anyone know if I should go and get this checked out or has anyone else had his and been told it's not a problem?
