ECLIPSE TONIGHT! my mother is telling me not to go out ?!?!?

Hello, well like probably most of us know that today there will be an eclipse.... my mom and many people I know are telling me not to get out after 6:00PM because if you do the baby could come out with a hudge birthmark or even worst it can harm the baby....... is this true ? Should I stay home at least to be safe ?
