Baby's Gender
Had my ultrasound at 18 weeks today and doctor said it's probably a girl but he is not sure.
He said he will have to confirm at next ultrasound which is in 2 months time in 3rd trimester.
On the spot of the moment I didn't react to ask him to do the ultrasound more carefully. The ultrasound hardly lasted 1 minute.
I have seen videos on YouTube showing the difficulty in determining the baby's sex so I was wondering how he could he say so quickly that it's a girl. And he didn't even show it to me on the ultrasound.
I am feeling so frustrated that I would have to bear with the suspense for 2 further months.
Have you come across situations where you have been wrongly informed of baby's Gender?
I have read articles on the Internet and in most cases the mother to be was informed she was going to have a girl after 3 ultrasounds but finally gave birth to a boy.
Just wondering about the reliability of ultrasounds in determining baby's sex.
Awaiting to hear from you my sweet ladies.
