OVULATION HELP possible tmi

On CD 12 I received a peak smiley on my CB opk and I had all of the normal ovulation symptoms (right pelvic pain and EWCM). The other day, I went to the restroom and there was a medium amount of EWCM. I was really confused so I took an opk just in case and it came back negative. Last night, I found more EWCM and I have been having similar ovulation pains for the past couple of days. It hasn't be extremely severe but it woke me up one night and I also felt some pulling near my belly button. I just thought that maybe AF was coming sooner rather than later. Today I woke up to the same ovulation pain (this pain is not all of the time, but it can last a few minutes) and decided to take a opk again just in case. I got a flashing smiley on the opk. Now I'm really confused on whether or not I even ovulated before, if I'm actually ovulating now, or if the test is faulty since I used it after getting a peak smiley. I have also read that women get a second LH surge before their period. Has anyone experienced this? Should I be treating this as a sign to keep bd'ing just in case?? Any help would be appreciated. I feel like my body is still leveling out after our miscarriage in December. We are just praying for our rainbow baby 🌈🌈. Again, any help or experiences would be amazing!
