IVF and PCOS

Any success IVF stories with women who have PCOS? I know that usually means you get more eggs from your egg retrieval but we have to do ICSI and I've heard women with PCOS have lower quality of eggs and with icsi you need good quality eggs? I'm 28 and healthy husbands Sperm are basically fine but some have odd shaped heads or something like that so they advised ICSI. I'm so nervous that we won't get any embryos that's my biggest fear with all of this. But I've also read that you have a higher rate of fertilization with ICSI. I just wish someone could tell me what my outcome will be but that's impossible. It's so nerve racking doing this. Just trying to stay positive!
