any tips for second pregnancy?

Currently 7 week preg and have 15 month daughter... does anyone have any tips on what not to do? 
I carry my daughter up and down the stairs several times during a day. She is so active.. she breaks the child door and climb the stairs. Anyways someone told
Me that I shouldn't be carrying her stairs for my first trimester- high chance of miscarriage. Is this true??? Any other tips thank u ladies

You're not supposed to carry heavy things in your first trimester. It's not recommended. Actually during your whole pregnancy it's not recommended.. but some women carry their toddlers while pregnant in their 2nd trimester but by squatting down or letting their toddlers on a chair so you won't need to bend your whole back down. Unless your doctor told you that you are not allowed to lift a certain weight, i would definitely check in with your doctor, but I don't see why you shouldn't carry your baby. 
I'm currently 16 weeks & have an 11 month old who is not completely walking on her own. Have been carrying her throughout my entire pregnancy.

It's not like they can move that fast at 15 months and they get tired fast too, you have to help them out a bit. 😬
