I wrote this message for my ex who cheated saying everything I felt and what he did and pretty much anything I had jumbling around my head that I needed to get out. I was going to send it to him but now I don't know I said some pretty mean things but I feel he needs to fully understand what he did should I send it?

All honesty it's only gonna hurt you more when he does not respond in the way you have pictured in your head...the only way to make a statement is to cut all ties and move on...don't respond to him at all...you deserve way more respect then that

I don't know what you've wrote, but whatever you did, I wouldn't send it. That would just show him how much you care and how hurt you are. He's not worth all that

I can't see the message? But from past experiences I've always felt better after getting everything off my chest. If it stops you laying awake at night thinking about it then go for it
