Don't underestimate heartburn. Take care of the IMMEDIATELY.
Take stool softeners EVERY DAY. If you don't, you'll get severely constipated and then you'll be using laxatives to try to catch up. It's PAINFUL and you may never quite get relief, even after being on a laxative. 
Be familiar with the meds you're allow to take. Don't suffer if you don't have to. Try things even if you don't think it'll work (ex. Tylenol, Benedryl, etc.).
Write down your questions for your doctor AS SOON AS YOU THINK OF THEM. Pregnancy brain is no joke. You forget everything😂 Make a list of questions in your phone! 
Listen to your body. If you're in pain, take a break. A lot of women push themselves too hard when their body needs a break. You are carrying a human inside you! Take time to relax.

Don't forget that every pregnancy is different and if you can't do something, you're not failing!
  
My hubby has to remind me that I can't lift certain things, or not to take the trash out because the smell makes me nauseous, or if I'm tired to take a nap.
   
Your body knows it's own limits and you have to listen to it! For example: Just because someone in your mom group is still doing crossfit doesn't mean that YOU should be able to push that couch out of the way vacuuming!
  
Take it easy and listen to your body, and if you need a nap- take one! :) Don't feel guilty if you aren't able to do everything you did pre-pregnancy!

I use opks. Preseed. Taking cassanovum and my prenatal. He's on fertiliaid. Second month ttc natural. He had a 14 yr old reversal done so I know it takes up to 4 months for sperm to reach its peak
