It's 3am where I am.

I woke up because little girl is moving a lot and everytime she does I feel her head pushing so hard into my vagina it's a sharp pain and kinda feels like she's almost pushing something out! I'm 39weeks 4days pregnant. At 830 am I have me last nst and at 4pm I have my last doc appointment. But this is super uncomfortable. I have no idea what it could be.
