Is it too bad if I dont drink my prenatals?

You see I stoped drinking my prenatals a week ago cause they cause me serious constipation. And I've been better since I left them. I can't find the gummies without iron anywhere! Should I drink the prenatal yes one day and no another day? I talked with my ob gyn and she said I should drink them anyway and that she doesn't recomend gummies cause they give anemia. I just want to go to the bathroom normally 😢.
