Does anyone on here use lose it?

Id like to slim down some more (duh) im over 200 and my comfortable and ideal weight is 160 (which is still overweight if i take my bmi into consideration)

So i re downloaded lose it. This week i figured ill log everything but eat as i would normally. I have it set to lose 1 lb / week so my calorie goal is 1, 904 per day.

Anyone else? I breastfeed so im not trying to go crazy but i was lucky and about 35 lbs melted off me.
