But eve's current features don't have an input for pregnancy test results or ovulation tests either. It could help the accuracy of fertile window displays.
And help ease nerves by cutting down on the 'chance of pregnancy' percentage.

You could always get Glow, it's for fertility and ovulation tracking and has the option to add pregnancy tests and ovulation tests. Eve is just a period tracker so it shouldn't really be used at all for fertility tracking, especially since it only uses the bare minimum (cycle length) to estimate the fertile window. It takes physical methods to accurately predict ovulation, so if that's your intention I'd suggest researching the Fertility Awareness Method (FAM) and getting Glow or a different fertility tracker.
