When do you think I should tell my boss?

I told my boss today, and I only found out on Sunday. But I am a nanny so will have to be careful of certain things so it was only fair to tell her asap. It depends on what kind of work you do I would say 😊

My job did require some heavy lifting so my work knew at like 6 weeks because i was panicking. But other than that I would say just wait it out until you shown or are 12 weeks

I told my boss at 16 weeks but I would have been able to hide it for a few more weeks with loose shorts and jumpers. There's no rush unless your job involves heavy lifting or exposure to dangerous chemicals etc.

I didn't tell my boss until I was almost 6 months and I only told him because I knew he would need to find my temporary replacement.   If it's not effecting your work and you don't have any restrictions then tell him when you are ready
