Just wondering if I can take these as prenatals... I know there's a picture right there of a pregnant lady but just want to make sure.

They aren't prenatals. Just go to Walmart and get these.

I don't think these are prenatals. Prenatals are vitamins. This just looks like a fiber supplement. I've also seen these tru natal pills for nausea and heartburn too. Prenatals will say prenatal vitamins right on them.
