Hi ladies can you pls let me know how you timed your successful conception after positive opk? As in when did you BD and how often?

The day of a positive opk is the best timing. I've been pregnant there times, each time has been the result of a single encounter 1-2 days before ovulation.

I would suggest not waiting until a positive OPK. Have sex every second day once AF is over, and then when you get a positive OPK, you can have sex more often over the next couple days. Good luck! xo
