how much time is Daddy taking off?

I'm curious to know whose men are taking paternity leave, and how long?!  My man is a private chef, and works crazy hours for a family that basically owns him. I'm pushing for him to take a full week off, then go back for a few days, off for a few, etc, and do this for at least the first month. What is reasonable? Baby will be here within 2 weeks, as my induction date is March 2nd!! Thanks, all! 🙏🏻
