what the hell should i do?

Question

I have 3 options in my life right now. I am 26 and I want more out if my life and money. 
I am very happy btw, not that I need money to be complete, but i want to travel the world and be successful. 
Options::

1. Continue to study psychology and become a Doctor , which Takes me 4 years. 
2. Open my boutique which I've wanted for the last 7 years
3. Continue at my job which is demanding but good and flexible. But I will be average always, meaning I will not earn more if I work harder and income will stay normal.

Now I have a pretty good lifestyle, house, luxury car (in my eyes), etc etc. But i do have room to improve and reach higher goals.

As of now neither me nor my fiancé want kids, so I am basically free to make mistakes and try anything I want without worrying about anyone else, except for my fiance which thankfully helps me no matter which route I take.

Has anyone been trough this? If so how did you decide on what to do?

please note I know "my passion" its what I should  follow but lets be real also money, we need money to survive, to buy food, to get to work, to get clothes etc and I do not like to have necessities or cry about not having enough to pay bills. Been there, done that.

Why not all of them 🤔? If boutique takes off you can drop school and your job. If doctor takes off you can claim boutique as a loss and help people. Don't stay at your current job tho, it sounds stressful.

Why don't you stay at your job. Open your boutique and get that going and continue school and do it online. And once you get your boutique going then you can quit your job. And just focus on your business and education.

If you want to pursue your passion, you're going to have to save
1. Money for the trips (or is it the boutique, because then you'd want a large down payment on the place and at least several months of rent)
2. Emergency funds, at least 8 months of it for your rent

The key is saving, which you can totally do. It just won't take a couple of days. You can also continue school if you want. You'll make more money.

I don't know what what to say other than if I had the option I would for sure go for doctor. But then again I only went to college and 3 years later I'm still not full time in my field so I wish I could go back to school 😢
