fertility

I took a test yesterday and it was positive. My husband and I did it twice. Love and baby dust to us. I updated the app and it says today that it's at a 22% chance for fertility. Is that really correct? How many people have gotten pregnant the day after ovulation? I've been taking PreNatals, a fertility kit called PregPrep and using Pre-seed. Is all of this necessary? We've been trying for almost 3 years but this is the first month we have been using all of this stuff. Anybody want to clarify for me?
