Ectopic pregnancy possibility??

Hi ladies! I just need some advice/opinions. I had my tubes tied in March of 2011. I had a child in November 2011. I have suffered one miscarriage since then almost 3 years ago (summer 2014). The reason I'm writing is I am having a very uneasy feeling the past week, but a negative pregnancy test. My period came a day or 2 early this month (February 3rd -start day). For the first 3 days I had light bleeding, and the remaining for I spotted so lightly if I hadn't been wearing a tampon I wouldn't have noticed it. My periods usually last 7 - 8 days, and are fairly heavy. I have felt nauseated, dizzy, tired, and just "blah" for about a week. I have a bloating/tightness feeling in my abdomen, and an uncomfortable feeling when I lay on my belly for the last 2 days. My concern is that we live 4 hours from family, have 4 children, and I am worried about ectopic pregnancy. I don't want to wait until I'm in need of emergent care with no family here to help us with our children. Today is my first day of my ovulation period also.

Has anyone experienced anything like this? Should I be concerned about pregnancy? Is there a way to tell this soon?
