help!!! boyfriends bday

My boyfriends birthday is coming up on the 23rd and I wanna spoil him silly since he's been going through a lot lately, with breaking his arm from snowboarding. What should I do for him??? I know I wanna make him breakfast in bed. We live in NY so we can't do anything outside. I don't want to do the typical dinner and movie thing. I just am having a brain fart about it.
