I got my ears pierced at 6 weeks old and the holes have never grown back. Even after not wearing ear rings forever. I noticed some crusty stuff in my ear and poked it out with a needle. It's inflamed and itchy and gross. I don't even know what could have caused it. Edit: I guess I should mention that it was already inflamed before the needle. And it felt good to push the gunk out lol
