5 weeks. bleeding. poss tmi

Woke up at 1am to blood when i wiped. It was bright red and first and got a little darker and is back to light. I'm now cramping. at the ER they did an ultrasound and said they couldnt see anything so.they cant rule out an ectopic pregnancy right now. Hcg at 4w 5d was 582 today at 5w its 800. Dr said its kind of low. Anyone ever go through this and have a healthy baby? This is my 2nd pregnancy after a 16 week loss, I'm such a wreck right now.
