bbt question

Does it matter what time of the morning you take your bbt? I woke up st 5 to pee and it was 96.2 but went back to sleep I'm up for the day now and when I woke up around 7:30 it was 97.1 the past couple mornings it's been around 8 that I've taken it and it was 97. Whatever. Which do I chart?
