Missed birth control, do I use back up?

Okay, I am about 4 months PP. I am on the pill and last night and the night before I forgot to take my pill before bed like I always to (anywhere from 10pm-12pm) BUT I took it as soon as I woke up (6am) so it was only a few hours late. It was the first week of the pack too. Do I need to use back up???

I've done that but I still used condoms just in case. I'm not sure if you're on the mini pill of you're bf but if you are I'd say definitely use backup as they're less effective than normal ones even if taken regularly.

I would say no as I have done the same thing but I could well be wrong !

I say yes for the simple fact that I got pregnant on the pill. I don't trust them anymore!!
I'm 22 weeks and still trying to figure out what happened.

Nope you're fine if you took it next day and you go back on track tonight. They have inside the pamphlet instructions for missed doses and when you need a pack up,  but I believe missing 1 dose and taking it by morning one day (not 2 in a row) is fine.
