Uterus looking like something is there....

So yesterday I had had a doctor's appt. he did a pelvic ultrasound... I had mentioned that I don't have any symptoms like cramping, sore boobs or so and don't feel like I'm getting my period..... Af is still hasn't showed her face...

He told me that there were no signs of af... and took a closer look at my uterus and said... "Test tomorrow morning your uterus looks weird there might be something there that's not appearing in the ultrasound, but it just looks too weird..."

I did test today and it was a BFN... should I retest next week?

I was due on the 10th, the latest 12th and no signs of having it...
