would I be able to feel ectopic pain with my hand?

I am 4 weeks 4 days pregnant and I am getting really bad sore stabbing pains in lower left abdomen. I went to the hospital and they think it's constipation so they face me supplements to go, which I did. But the pain still continues and it feels very tender to when I touch my lower abdomen, and it feels sore and stabby when I stand like something is gonna snap. Would I feel ectopic pain if I touched the area? Would it feel this tender?

Ectopic pain is crippling. It would be so painful you wouldn't be able to stand straight.

This is going to sound kinda gross... but lower left side of abdomen is your sigmoid colon, if you are backed up/constipated so to speak, it will be painful to the touch..

Been there done that😂 I was convinced it was ectopic, then I thought cyst, but they check for all that. Finally was able to
"Go" so to speak and no more pain, but you have to really "clear out" lol

I'm leaning more towards cyst but keep going to the ER. I went in only with spotting. They didn't find anything in uterus but said I was to early and sent me home. A week later had an ob appointment. Had another scan still nothing. Sent me to the hospital for a better scan and had a ruptured Fallopian tube (ectopic pregnancy). I walked to surgery. Was in absolutely NO pain but almost passed out right before they put me to sleep because I lost so much blood internally. I honestly thought I was having a normal miscarriage and almost didn't go to the doctor that day but my husband made me. If I wouldn't have gone they said I would have most likely bled to death. I was not loosing that much blood out of my vagina. It was all internal.  
I'm not trying to scare you and wasn't going to post anything  but I'm so sick of people putting stuff like you would know it if you had an ectopic you would be in so much pain.  Everyone is different and that is absolutely not true. I was talking  with the doctor while they were doing the pelvic exam grabbing the dang ovary on the side with the ruptured tube. Not in any pain at all.

All that being said I was in more pain when I got pregnant this time and it was just a ruptured cyst on the ovary I ovulated from. So Only a doctor can determine what's going on. I wish with my ectopic I would have just kept going back until they had answers instead of saying I was to early at 6 weeks.

I thought I'd already answered this but see you just posted the same question again. As I said on your other post constipation pain is very real but as you're not convinced it could be the cause I would try to go for an early scan to ease your mind.

Maybe an ovarian cyst? That's what it felt like to me and anytime I moved it felt like it was being ripped out of me.
