almost 36 weeks 3-4 dilated

Seems crazy that I didn't feel or notice that I was dilating. First time mom, so I'm not sure what to look out for. I went in for my twice a week appointment today, because I have preeclampsia, and the doc told me I was already 3-4 centimeters. She was surprised but said my body is probably trying to push him out because of the preeclampsia. I am being induced next Friday but it is still cool to think my body is dong some of it on its own! ☺
