Development milestones lagging normal or ahead?

My kiddo hates tummy time and barely holds his head up for long but will hold his head up when he's held or if he's sitting in someone's lap. He's also straightening his legs and stepping along with turning his whole body including his arms when held upright. He's social and smiles at everyone including his toys he's past cooing and is full on the babbling and "cussing" us out. He's grabbing his hands bringing things to his mouth and "caresses" the boob during feeds. He tracks and turns his head and is super busy. I'm not sure if he's advanced because he's hit all his 3 month milestones he's just not 3 months yet he'll be 3 months on Monday. Where is your kid developmentally speaking? Are you normal laggin ahead or a combo of everything?
