Some serious teething... advice please

My little guy is 7 months today.. he currently has his 2 bottom teeth. But his top teeth next to his front two top teeth have cut threw. It looks like his two front top teeth are right under the surface. And it looks like his teeth next to the 2 bottom teeth are right under the surface. Needless to say he is super crabby! He seems more tired than usual and has a low grade fever and runny nose. When I feed him he smacks his bottle away but I know he's hungry. Is anyone else's little ones cutting so many teeth? Do you think all his symptoms are teething related?
