so much pain

Yesterday I walked around the mall for an hour after dinner and then we went to the hospital for our maternity tour which lasted an hour. I was in so much pain it hurt to walk. Last night I was getting a nasty pain that felt like a hemorrhoid but it was in my vagina area. It hurt so much and at ceartain times it would hirt so bad I'd have to grab my pillow. This morning I woke up with a super sore groin, bad back pain and I at some points in the night/day I feel like discharge is coming out but it's enough to see on my underwear. Should I be concerned?
