Weight loss
Throughout the last couple of years I have gained an unreal amount of weight. It's like I gained the "freshmen 15" every year of school. Every time I try to lose it I get lazy and give up (drive thrus are just too easy!) It's gotten so bad that I haven't let anyone take a picture of me in forever. Now, my best friend is getting married and I won't be able to dodge a camera being in a wedding.
I was wondering if anyone had any tips to help me stick to a workout plan/ diet. Any workout that worked well for y'all? Any diets that aren't incredibly time consuming to follow? Anyone wanting to hold me accountable or have any tips for not quitting? I appreciate any and all advice!
