how likely is it to get pregnant from using condoms the pull out method and birth control pills all at once?

My boyfriend and I use these all at once. Just want to make sure I am being safe enough. I love sex but I have always had anxiety over pregnancy. I don't think that would ever change. We always check the condoms after by filling them up with water. So far, no holes or tears! Just want to hear you ladies input to make sure we are okay, not pregnant, and safe ☺️
