3rd miscarriage?

So i have been trying for almost 2 years for my second child with two miscarriages.  I can never make it to the 5 week mark.  I do have hashimotos disease but my thyroid levels are all okay.  I finally got a positive test wwhere my last mc was april 2016 and i got blood work done and the hcg came back at 11 where im 4 weeks and 5 days today.  I got home tonight and i started bleeding but not a whole lot of cramping like last time.  Im still worried that im having another miscarriage.  Im obviously calling my doctor tomorrow but i just felt like posting this... its been very stresssful.
