You may have early spotting, they say its good during ovulation, but don't worry its just your body getting rid of old blood.

I just miscarried on the 12th and my ob said they want me to want until my hormone levels reach negative and then I have at least one full cycle before I can try again.  Hope this helps you.  And Im so sorry for your lose.  I know it's devastating.

Your hormones could still be regulating. After I miscarried, I waited one cycle before trying and then we didn't get pregnant until after the third cycle (the second cycle trying). It will happen for you and everything will regulate, it just might take time. Everyone is different.

After you stop bleeding start doing opks. But your hcg levels must be 5 or less to get AF and star a cycle on your own. It took me 5 weeks for AF to start on its own. Miscarried at 12w had a D&C dec 27 bled until Jan 13. First AF Jan 30. Be patient and read about conceiving, fertility, conceiving after a miscarriage, the more you learn about it the better you get at learning your body. It has help me. Your rainbow baby is coming. 🌈👶🙏🏽
